WOOD15W is an ultraviolet light Tube with socket: the tube produces Black Light (UVB) and it is contained in a black painted metal socket. The power of the UVB tube is 15 W and it has a 230 Vac.
This ultraviolet light is also know as Black Light, and it is a special light useful in many fields, such as the glow in the dark products and even the fluorescent ones.
The photoluminescent Paints (the so-called Glow in the Dark Paints) need to be charged through light to give off then phosforescent light in the dark: the charging time to let the photoluminescent pigment absorb light can be considerably shortened if the photoluminescent surface is exposed to UV Light instead of natural or normal artifical light. .
In fact the Black Light charge the photoluminescent pigment contained in the paint much more quickly than normal daylight or usual artificial one. So, if you have painted a surface with Photoluminescent Paint, just light it with UV Lamp for at least ten minutes to let it glow in the dark then.
Remember: even with the exposure to Black Light, the longer the charge at light is, the more powerful and longer the glow in the dark effect is.
