Product Description

ACRYL FILLER is a high quality acrylic Filler 2K with ST (solid thinner) Technology: thanks to this particular technology it has the high quality of "high solid" for the application. It is a professional product that guarantees an excellent car touch up. So it is the best 2k filler you can apply on the bodywork before the layer of paint.
It is also a polyfunctional Filler because it can be used as: High filling Filler, Normal Filler or Insulating. This depends on how much product is applied for every layer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Acryl Filler is a two-component filler so it has to be activated by its catalyst (included in the package). The ratio is volume 100:20 (20 is the catalyst). You can spray the filler using a compressor or our Spray Gun. Apply always two coats, if you use it as High filling Filler, Normal Filler or Insulating. Depending on the way you use it, the product must be diluted or not, for all these details and for more information about the length of the mixture look at Technical Details below.
The drying time for High filling Filler, Normal Filler and Insulating are respectively: at 20°C 6 hours, 4-5 hours and 2 hours; at 60°C 30 minutes, 25-30 minutes and 25 minutes.
Even though the acrylic filler has got an excellent adhesion to sheet, we would suggest its application on anticorrosive primers.
It can be oversprayed by every kind of enamel for bodywork. Being light grey, you could have to apply on it a coat of paint with a similar colour to the final paint you will use: this is necessary especially if your final paint is pearly, because pearl colours do not have a good hiding power.
Finish: Matt light grey.
