Product Description

This is the new single-component textured paint by VerniciSpray.

The 1K textured paint is mainly recommended for decorative applications or small touch-ups. If you want to apply a textured color on a surface subject to frequent cleaning or often exposed to gasoline and solvents, we recommend the 2K textured paint, which is more resistant and long-lasting.

Available in all colors from the Ral K7 range

Textured paint options:

• Textured finish with coarse grain (available in gloss or matt finish)
• Textured finish with fine grain (available in gloss or matt finish)

Surface preparation:

• If working on a metal part or an already painted plastic part, lightly sand the affected area and then clean it with anti-silicone cleaner
• If working on bare plastic, clean the surface and apply a plastic adhesion promoter on the affected area

Application:

• Once the surface has been prepared, apply the selected textured paint
• Apply a first light adhesion coat
• Then apply a full wet coat of paint
• If necessary, apply a third or fourth coat to achieve complete coverage
• Note: Apply light coats and respect the indicated drying times between each coat of paint

Drying times (at 20°C and 60% R.H.):

• Dust-free: 20 min
• Touch dry: 60 min
• Fully cured: 24 h
• Note: Between one coat and the next, wait until the freshly applied product loses its wet appearance. When the paint begins to turn matt, it is ready for the next coat.
