ACTIVATION OF THE SPRAYCAN: It is a 2k spray with a catalyst capsule inside, so it must be activated only at the time of use. It's very simple: just remove the red plastic button from the cap, press it hard in the stem on the bottom of aerosol and shake very well for some minutes. It must be used within 24-48 hours: keep in a cool place to avoid catalysis acceleration.
HOW TO PAINT RIMS: Before painting, always thoroughly clean the surface, better with antisilicone degreaser. If the rims are already painted, sand the old paint to make it matt and allow the grip: use a scotch brite instead of abrasive paper if the surface is in good condition and only needs a light sanding. In case of unpainted metal (for example if you have to paint alloy wheels), apply the VerniciSpray NextPrimer or a 2k epoxy primer for the paint adhesion.
The temperature of the spray must be 20-25°C. Apply 2-3 coats (interval about 20 min, 20°C). To avoid dripping: especially with matt colours it is essential to apply thin coats, otherwise if the paint accumulates in excessive quantity it could tend to become glosser. The application of a protective clear coat is not necessary but if you want to apply it, wait 1-2 hours (20°C).
