1K direct gloss 867 / 11 Fuji White Solid colour base for BLMC ROVER LAND

400 ml spray paint prepared to BLMC ROVER LAND colour code 867 / 11 Fuji White Solid, the same as used on RANGE ROVER VELAR vehicles from 2017-2020. Suitable for small and medium-sized touch-ups, it covers approximately 1 m² with two coats. This is a single-component, direct-gloss automotive paint; the use of a clear coat is recommended for protection against solvents, weathering and UV rays. VerniciSpray NextColor automotive paints are produced using a digital tinting system based on the original formula.

Product description

Direct gloss automotive paint color code 867 / 11 Fuji White Solid for BLMC UNITED KINGDOM (ROVER -LA RANGE ROVER VELAR. VerniciSpray offers this color in the classic 400 ml spray can format.

This is a single-component product, meaning it does not require a hardener. 1K paints dry by air once applied and do not need to be mixed with catalysts or hardeners.
They are recommended for small to medium-sized touch-ups. If you need to paint a larger area, we strongly recommend applying a 2K protective clear coat over the paint or, alternatively, choosing a 2K two-component paint directly.

How to use:

  • Clean the area you want to paint with soap and water.
  • Sand and then thoroughly degrease the surface using an anti-silicone cleaner. (We recommend using a dedicated anti-static cloth, which does not leave lint on the treated surface.)
  • Shake the spray can thoroughly for several minutes.
  • Apply the product at a temperature of approximately 20°-25°C.
  • Apply the paint evenly in thin coats to prevent runs. Start with a light tack coat, then apply 1 or 2 full coats of color.
  • Allow approximately 15-20 minutes between coats before applying the next one.
  • We recommend an application distance of approximately 15-20 cm from the surface.
    The higher the temperature, the shorter the application distance should be, as the paint tends to dry while traveling through the air between the nozzle and the surface, preventing it from flowing out properly and resulting in an undesirable orange peel finish. In colder conditions, the standard distance of 20-25 cm is recommended.
  • Removal with acetone and/or nitro thinner.

Recommendations:

  • The finish can be polished using a professional rubbing compound (not those intended for DIY use), no sooner than 15 days after the paint has fully cured. We always recommend using water-based rubbing compounds: highly aggressive polishing products (such as solvent-based compounds) may damage the paint even long after it has fully cured.
  • Use the universal spray can handle for easier and more even application.
  • Slight color differences are possible, so avoid creating a sharp transition between the new and the existing paint. Always blend the repair area carefully.
